New Mexico bullying parents to go along with test scam

From the New Mexico school system:

For___medical reasons ____personal reasons (check one), I am requesting an exemption for my child from participating in the following NM State Mandated and or District Required Assessments that occur in the Albuquerque Public Schools in the 2013-20014 school year...

In doing so I understand that my decision not to test will:

*Significantly limit the assessment. information available to teachers and school administrators.
*Hamper instructional planning for my child.
*Possibly jeopardize the school's accountability rating because this rating is based in part on participation rates for testing.
*Exempting a student from the 10th and 11th grade SBA/HSGA will keep the student from receiving a diploma.
*The transcript will also show 'student failed to participate in the state mandated 11th grade testing.'
